With over 20 years of experience shaping the online presence of some of Canada’s most recognized brands, Chris has been at the forefront of digital evolution in the retail space.
He played a key role in launching Walmart.ca, helping to establish Walmart Canada as a digital retail force. From there, he drove explosive eCommerce growth in the pet category, leading online transformation efforts for beloved brands like Big Al’s and Ren’s Pets by seamlessly integrating digital and in-store strategies.
As National Manager at Newegg Canada, Chris expanded the business into eight international markets, significantly increasing the company’s global impact.
Most recently, as Senior Director of Omni-Channel Marketing at Home Hardware, Chris led the Marketing Omnichannel team, overseeing eCommerce, print and promotions, paid media, and research & insights. His work helped drive measurable growth and integration across channels, aligning customer experience with strategy in a complex, multi-format retail environment.
